As of October 5, 2020 we are proud to announce that we are establishing one unified brand inclusive of all our operations and jurisdictions, CG. Though our name might be new, our mission and same people-first promise remains unchanged. As CG, we will have the ability to continue our growth throughout Bermuda and the Caribbean by continuing to provide quality products and service. Our goal is to become the market leader and the insurance company of choice in our region. The stronger we become, the stronger our partners and vendors become as well.

In connection with this Groupwide rebranding, Colonial Group International Ltd. and certain of its related subsidiaries, have also changed their legal name to Coralisle effective October 5, 2020.

We’ve created a frequently asked questions (FAQ) to help answer questions our clients and stakeholders may have about our name changes. Should you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to your agent who would be happy to discuss these with you.

For over 60 years, CG has grown from a small office providing insurance to multiple locations serving communities throughout Bermuda and the Caribbean. Within our Group there are several corporate names for our various operations. We are now unifying our presence under one name and brand in all jurisdictions.

Branding. Effective October 5, 2020 we have established a unified brand across Bermuda and the Caribbean. We are now CG. Though our name might be new, our mission and same people-first promise remains the same. Learn more about our new unified branding.

Legal name. In connection with the groupwide rebranding, Colonial Group International Ltd. has also changed its legal name to Coralisle Group Ltd. effective October 5, 2020. Going forward all correspondence relating to your policy and related bank account names will reference Coralisle Group Ltd.

The ownership and management of the Group remains exactly the same and our goals and commitment to our clients remain unchanged.
Aside from updating your records to reflect our new name change, there will be minimal changes for clients on a day-to-day basis, and our rebrand will not change the way we do business with you. The brand and legal name changes has no impact to the specific terms of your policy, the terms of which remain unchanged. Policy documents will be updated with our new name as they come up for renewal.
No, you will continue to be supported by your same contacts and agents. All phone numbers will remain the same. Our employees will have new email addresses, please update your records to reflect this and add our new domains to your contact list: XXX@cgcoralisle.com. Don’t worry if you send something to one of our old email addresses, we will still receive it.
No, the way you login to our portals remains unchanged and you do not need to re-register. You will just notice that their look and feel have been updated in line with our new branding.
Yes, some of our bank account names have changed to reflect our legal name change, but payment details remain the same. Click on the tabs below for specific changes to our bank account names as it relates to each of our product and service lines.

No, your current login details to the Medical Portal will remain the same.
No, CG now provides electronic ID cards for Apple iOS and Android devices. This will allow you to carry the most current version of your card, and your family's cards with you. Log on to our Medical Portal from your smart phone and follow the instructions to download. Your ID cards will appear in your phones Wallet. You may also download and print a hard copy of your ID cards from our Medical Portal at any time.
The Customer Dashboard on our Medical Portal has a sidebar on the right where ID cards are prominently displayed. Clicking that brings up a modal where clients can download a PDF version of their ID cards, download digital ID cards etc.
Yes, Electronic submitter numbers remain the same.
No, there is no change to our US address for claims.
Yes, all forms remain valid. Re-branded forms with our new name are also available in the Resources section of our website.
Yes, all email addresses will change domain to @cgcoralisle.com, but previous email addresses will auto-direct to the new one, so you won't have to worry about an email being not received.
No, our legal entity name is not changing.
No, our bank account names have not changed.
Yes, all policy documents and/or certificates remain valid up until their date of expiry.
No, your current login details to the Insurance Portal will remain the same. 
Yes, our legal entity name is changing from Colonial Pension Services (Bahamas) Limited to Coralisle Pension Services (Bahamas) Ltd.
There will be no changes to your existing pension account or the way it currently operates.
No, the Pension Company is a subsidiary of CG Group which is well capitalized.
Yes, this name change will have no impact on the safety and security of your funds. CG is one of the strongest capitalized Groups in the industry. Thes structure of your fund and investment options will remain the same.
At this time, there will be no change to the manner in which your funds are remitted.
You will receive your payments in the usual manner.
No, our policies and contracts remain the same and so to does our fees.

No. This is a name change only and it does not involve any other modifications to your Atlantic Medical Life Specific contracts. All existing customer accounts, policies, contracts and servicing agreements, including all service levels, will not change due to the name change. Conditions and provisions of your contract, policy and/or certificate remain unchanged. Your current policy contract is valid as is and will remain so.
We have no plans to change your main contacts and relationships and you will continue to be supported by your same contacts and agents. All phone numbers will remain the same.
